Today’s activities revolve around NATURE.
We are all in various situations in the world, and I hope today is a day where you can spend some time outside…on a walk, or in a park. If not, it’s a great time to talk about and explore things you love about the outside world!
Today’s printables include a coloring page, a nature journal page, a weather page and a vegtable garden paper toy.
The instructions for the Paper Garden are simple: Color it in, cut it out, fold the 4 sides out and glue the tabs to make a “box.” Cut out and fold the bird and bunny, and you can play with them both in and out of the garden!
Today’s art lesson is HOW TO DRAW A PINECONE. This lesson is hopefully fun to follow along, but it’s also a good practice for how to draw from nature…go outside, find something interesting, and use it as a reference as you draw! It’s meant to inspire a lot of nature drawing!
